Christine Baker violating restraining order

It appears that Christine Baker is getting sued finally for defamation. It was bound to happen.

I have been aware of her websites for several years. She has always been in the fringe of the credit world and fighting these obscure legal battles that nobody really cares about.

She is welcome to fight those battles to her hearts content. But where Christine Baker goes over the line is how casually she is willing to commit defamation, slander and libel.

Now it is getting her sued.

From looking at the restraining order, it appears that Christine Baker is violating the restraining order with her new website.

The 10/21/08 Restraining Order states:

4. Christine Baker and any agent on her behalf shall immediately remove the blog referencing Dr. Hollander from the website www.creditsuit.org and any other website containing a negative reference or critical opinion of Dr. Tameira Hollander.

5. This Court may impose sanctions for contempt upon failure to strictly adhere to this order

I am not a lawyer, but doesn't that mean that Christine Baker cannot post anything negative about Dr. Tameira Hollander on "any other website"?

Here is my prediction for 2009. Contempt of court, sanctions and a judgment against Christine Baker.

I will be updating this blog occassionally with my observations on Christine Baker.

Hopefully the record of her actions with help others to eventually bring justice to this woman who is willing to so casually harm the reputations of other people.
